Clown costume - We chose to make our antagonist wear a clown costume as we feel as though a costume with typically positive connotations out to try and kill our protagonist made it scarier and it suits our rhyme well. We wanted to build on common fears in people as well so this made the clown costume perfect for our trailer as many people fear them.

Torch - In scenes that may be too dark for the protagonist to see we wanted to give him a torch so that he could see what was coming for him rather than decide to fight it. We decided that giving him a weapon would be a mistake as we wanted to portray our protagonist as quite vulnerable instead of having the courage to fight the monster.

Phone - We will be using a mobile phone to make our protagonist appear more relatable to the viewer as it will portray him as someone who regularly interacts with technology much like our target audience of young adults. If the audience can relate more to our protagonist then it will be scarier for them as they can put themselves in his shoes, which is better than a character they cannot relate to at all.
